River Rock Residences Preliminary Architectural Report

Preliminary Architectural Reports are required for CDBG grant applications to demonstrate the need for projects that are eligible for federal grants. DOWLING has completed several successful PAR’s for multiple housing projects, fire stations, and re-roof projects. River Rock Residences is a low-income senior housing project developed by Rocky Mountain Development Council. Multiple sites were analyzed before the River Rock site was selected.
