Dowling worked with the developer in 2010 to subdivide his property to build several apartment buildings. The first two buildings were constructed at that time and phase II began in 2020. 3 six-plex’s were planned and the first was completed in the summer of 2022. Working with the prairie style architecture, the buildings feature low hip roofs with wide overhangs and simple detailing to reflect the style that Frank Lloyd Wright was known for creating.
