Granite Street Apartments

Built into a steep hillside adjacent to Montana Tech, the developers recognized a need for student housing to serve the campus. A master plan identified multiple buildings and the first two were completed in 2017. 39 two- and three-bedroom units were integrated into a difficult site. The designers worked with the City of Butte to come up with a design that integrated with the historic buildings in the area and on campus.
