Compass Block

A new home for the Montana School Boards Association, The Compass Block is a 24,00 sq ft 4 story Class A Office Building with 1st Floor Retail spaces and 4th Floor Training Center. Inspired by the firm’s other work in the emerging Great Northern Town Center, the building utilizes brick, steel, and metal resulting in a creative addition to the Town Center. Built with deep foundation systems and moment frame structural systems, the building adds diversity to the Great Northern Town Center.
