The owners of this residence planned to relocate to Montana from Alaska and were looking to create their dream home with a rustic, Montana look and feel. Approached from the front, the home is understated with a single-story presence and entry. Walking in the front door, visitors immediately are drawn into the great room with floor to ceiling glass looking out over the hills and valleys behind the home. Heavy timber and stone create a dramatic, rustic look while tile and clean interior finishes offer a feel of home every time the owners walk in the front door.
