Designed in partnership with D&M Development and Dick Anderson Construction, the new headquarters for the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation is a modern and energy efficient office. The two-story building utilizes brick, steel, and glass to create a simple yet elegant design. Views to the north hills are captured with ample windows and a two-story parking garage is nestled behind the building. The tight site required very careful planning and coordination with local city departments. LEED Gold Certification was pursued and achieved for the building.
