Dearborn Off Grid Residence

The Dearborn residence will be located along the Dearborn River between Great Falls and Helena. To limit the impact on the site, the house bridges between the garage and a lower guest level. Natural terrain will allow wildlife to walk under the house where a partial glass floor will allow for viewing. Designed to be off-the-grid, the house is compact, energy efficient, and will utilize solar panels, wind power generation, and Tesla batteries for storage. Exterior materials are fire resistant and include concrete log siding, cement fiber panels, and metal roofing.
