With family and grandchildren in Helena, the owners from Washington State wanted a place to stay when they come to visit. 3 units are integrated into the difficult site and will be used as vacation rentals most of the year. The owners were looking for clean lines and a modern look. Single sloping roofs, metal siding, and elevated decks create a clean, modern look to this triplex.
